"Tent costing $1000, ought to be waterproof."
The purchase process was smooth, but it didn’t ship in under 48 hours. My only issue is that this $1000 tent has been leaking since the very first day. It’s not waterproof at all, so what’s the point of buying it?

Took a bit for the order tracking to kick in; the product showed up in about 8 to 10 days. Customer service was quick to respond when I asked about my order.

"Delivery Issues"
I received a message indicating that my order was dropped off on Saturday, but it actually arrived on Monday. I believe the delivery service needs to be made aware that timely delivery is crucial. We haven't had a chance to test the item yet, so I can't really say much about that.
